What does it mean when your friends with benefits (if you so have one) calls you ? What should you do ?

booty call  n.

Definition : a phone call placed in order to engage in sexual activity. 

Example:
Maria : Do you want to see a  movie tonight ? 
Jessie : Sorry , I can't . I just got a booty call from Dale .
