第二十四課 drama queen

有些人神經質，一點事情就大驚小怪，疑神疑鬼，搞得旁人不得安寧，跟這種人交往得成天安撫她們的情緒，更是一件辛苦的事。這種人就是drama queen。

drama queen n.

Definition :

Someone (usually a female) who always gets upset or angry over small problems; Someone who turns something unimportant into a major deal.

喜歡小題大作的人

Example:

Megan: You are late again. Do you know I have been wait 15minutes?

              又遲到!你知道我已經等了15分鐘嗎?

Keith: I told you the traffic was bad....

              跟你說了嘛!交通一團亂啊!

Megan: It's always the traffic...how could you make your girlfriend wait for you?

              又推給路況，你怎麼可以讓女朋友等?

Keith: Gosh ! stop being such a drama queen.

       天啊!別小題大作啦!
